Diema's Dream which supports an unprecedented program for Russian disabled orphans in Moscow. These 150 children left to die in the orphanage system are thriving. Due to this pilot program, we are changing the status and therefore the rights of all disabled Russians who have no human rights. The Foundation was started in 1998.
