Founded in l993 by Derek Humphry (who also started the Hemlock Society in l980), ERGO publishes literature, gives talks, briefs journalists, assists young scholars with the issue of death-with-dignity. If a terminally ill adult wants to consider the option of voluntary euthanasia or assisted suicide, we will advise her/him about the pros/cons of that. ERGO is 501(c)(3)h of the IRS tax code.
