Cause Description:
We are a volunteer group that rescues dogs and cats from shelters. We nurse these wonderful pets back to health and provide a safe and healthy home until adoption. We do not kill animals - only very ill animals that have a poor quality of life are euthanized. Jethro's Place specializes in finding homes for senior dogs and cats that have been abandoned. Jethro's Place also works to educate the public on animal care, abuse and cruelty and to end the practice of using shelters animals for research.
