The Marlborough Horse Trials, a combined training equestrian event, to raise funds to protect and preserve Rosaryville State Park in Maryland, promote equestrian sports as a means to preserve open green space and the rural legacy of Southern Maryland, provide opportunities for equestrian sports for children and develop Olympic caliber facilities for the State, and to support local equestrian activities and charities.
