Cause Description:
A 27 bed emergency and 4 bed transitional housing shelter and program for homeless men in Baltimore County, Maryland. We are the largest homeless men's facility in our region. Only two facilities are located in this county to aid homeless men. Per year we assist up to 300 men with ways to break their homeless cycle (i.e., employment, counseling, housing/apartment search, food & shelter, transportation.) We average 65% of our residents gaining housing and/or employment by the time they leave our program. We also teach other charities how to pursue grant proposals and starting a homeless program in their state or region. Our mission "Not Just A Shelter, But a Program for Men"
