CONTACT E.A.R.S. (Emergency Assitance Referral Service) is a 24 hr. helpline and crisis line. Also a 24 hr. information and referral line. We offer a Reassurance Program in which we make daily calls to anyone living alone. Our phones are operated by volunteers and have been in existence for over 24 years. We are a non-profit organization.
