Cause Description:
JCCARE is the national rescue organization for the Japanese Chin dog breed. Japanese Chin are small (5-lb to 15-lb), toy dogs with predominately white and black, medium to long coats and mild, loving dispositions. We are a 501c charitable organization and have foster homes and contacts in all 50 states. We are not supported by any breed club. We accept Japanese Chin dogs regardless of age or condition and adopt out all possible. For dogs who, because of age or medical condition cannot be adopted, we provide foster homes for the natural duration of the dog's live. In the last year, we have placed over 90 chin in new loving homes. Further information can be gotten from Japanesechinrescue.org
