Children’s Hospital and Regional Medial Center is a private, not-for-profit medical facility that provides health care appropriate for the special needs of children regardless of race, sex, creed, ethnicity, disability or a family’s ability to pay. Since our beginnings in 1907, we have been devoted exclusively to the well-being of the children of Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho. Our mission is four-fold: to provide the best medical care to every child who needs it, to research and develop new treatments, to teach others how to care for children, and to advocate at every level for children’s health and safety. Children’s is at the forefront of pediatrics, combining the latest medical knowledge and equipment with compassion and understanding for the special needs of children and families.
