Cause Description:
North Country Animal League opened its doors in 1994 as a non-profit humane society, North Country Animal League and guarantees each orphaned animal a home until a quality, loving, permanent home is found. North Country Animal League's mission is to promote commpassionate and responsible realtionships between humans and animals. We do this through adoptions, education, spay/neuter programs, support of anti-cruelty programs, and the sheltering of homeless animals. With an ongoing goal to provide loving homes for animals throug the League's Pet Adoption Program, other services include, but are not limited to spay/neuter assistance, humane education, lost and found, public education through various activities, Foster Parent Program, support for cruelty prevention, and Seniors for Seniors Adoption Program.
