Cause Description:
For more than 30 years, Child Care Resources, Inc. has strived to help families and children by providing the tools necessary to attain self-sufficiency. Since its inception, CCR has been North Central Florida’s leader in child care coordination. CCR identifies the needs of the target population, and assists in developing and implementing activities that enhance the quality of child care. In addition, CCR provides referrals to community services agencies that have access to information on food, clothing, shelter, mental and/or physical health counseling, emergency child care services and job training programs. CCR not only advocates for children, we also participate in collaborations that foster employment preparedness and advocate for the inclusion of child care benefits along with job and training benefits for parents.
