St.Louis is a 501(c)3 foster-based rescue who is passionate about helping all Aussies and Border Collies, including those born with vision and hearing impairments as a result of merle to merle breeding. Speak! is committed to raising awareness of the preventable impairments caused by this unnecessary breeding practice. Speak! also strives to help these special needs dogs live happy, healthy, and normal lives. "We see possibilities, not disabilities!"
