The Organization for Fatigue & Fibromyalgia Education & Research,(OFFER), is a Utah-based, charitable, 501(c)(3), non-profit organization devoted to eradicating Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia OFFER works to accomplish that goal by spearheading research, education, and advocacy for individuals who suffer from these debilitating illnesses.
